Australian Delivery

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post with a choice of either Express Post or Express Post Platnium (Recommended).

Express Post gives you guaranteed next business day delivery within the Express Post networks

Express Post Platium gives you same guarantee plus:
- Signature on delivery of your item
- Automatic compensation up to $100 should loss or damage occur.
- Online item tracking

Note: Extra Cover is available if requested.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

A delivery is interpreted as an attempted delivery by us. We do not accept liability for delay in the event there is no-one to receive the delivery at the delivery address. All items purchased from The Silk Bazaar are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If the delivery details given by you are incorrect, and thus affecting delivery we may have to charge an additional delivery charge.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping methods have an estimated delivery time once we ship to you. If you need an item more quickly than our standard estimated ship times, please discuss this with us prior to ordering and we will let you know if we can accommodate your request.

International Deliveries

We are happy to ship overseas, just contact us for an estimate on shipping.

Return Policy:

Unfortunately, due to the nature of special occasion attire and our low prices, we highly discourage returns. However, if you receive your item and it is not what you ordered or we described, we will take the necessary steps to rectify our mistake or you are entitled to a return or an exchange. The Silk Bazaar offers a fourteen (14) day money back guarantee on all of our products. If the product does not conform to our specification in any way, or is defective, please contact us via email. Products can only be returned unused. Shipping costs to the Silk Bazaar will be the responsibility of the customer. We will ship at our cost to you the replacement. If the product is not defective and simply unwanted, we will also accept the return. Products can only be returned unused. In this case shipping costs both ways will be the responsibility of the customer.
